Can a PS3 play Xbox and Xbox 360 games?

hello. a mate of mine stated a ps3 can play xbox and xbox 360 games. is that true?

Your mates a big liar. I wouldn't trust him on anything. Theres more chance of San Andreas Stories game being released.

 

That's out of this question. That just make's no sense. They would never do that i one million years. Tell your friend (or mate whatever)that he is a big lier and ask for some evidence. They are two diffferent companies competing against each other so they wouldent do that.

 

instead of telling your mate how stupid he is, kick him in the head, so then he realizes how stupid he is himself, would you? It would do all of us a big favor. lol

 

No,NO this is the stupidest thing to ask ok i will give you reasons:

1 it has tottaly different hardware and that consoles game looks for that hardware to run as the game was designed for it
2 one is blu ray
3 has it ever happend before its like trying to run a N64 game on a psone

 

Exactly. And if that did ever happened they wouldent bother making an xbox 360 if a ps3 could play it...

 

<sarcasm> Oh yes yes its true! You can play Xbox 360 games on the PS3! Also did you know that you can play Game Boy DS games on the PSP? Just take the cartridge and JAM IT REAL HARD in your PSP. Try to hit it with something so it slides in. A brick could do the trick.
