Can Any-DVD remove the region code on a PAL format dvd?

    I want to buy a concert DVD from an English rock group called Thunder. The DVD is in PAL format (UK) and I want to know if ANY-DVD can remove the region code? Also, I need to know the exact dimensions of the outer artwork on a dvd and the dvd itself.

    I know anydvd will remove the region code, but I think you still may have problems as NTSC and pal dvds are done using different framerates. Most dvd players will not like both of them, although some will do ok.
