thank you for reading this, this is what happened. i was messing around with the config of my softmodded xbox and acidentally turned on the auto update function, this requires internet connection or xbox live, so now every time i turn my xbox on, the error 21 tells me to call customer support and this happened once when i tried to use xbox live for ninja gaiden, ive read that this can be fixed by inserting a boot disk but i just cant find out how.
Any xbox program/game can be turned into a boot disk. Simply rename the main xbe file to default.xbe and make an xISO so that the default.xbe is in the root and the xbox will boot the program off the disk. EX: place the skin folder, evoxdash.xbe renamed to default.xbe and the evox.ini file setup how you want into an xISO container and burn. Your xbox should boot to the evox dash off the disk, providing you can still boot burned dvds.
