can anyone help babymel

hello again babymel here can anybody help me work tis afterdawn site,because it takes me a long time to get to the threads,and i don't understand abt the links and the word forum can you tell me wat they mean.also jus want to let all of yous that were on last nite thanks for the help i could'nt get on i got p---- off trying to get to the threads,but yous were great yous are all very helpful,and explain it well for someone that doesn't reaaly understand some off the stuff (like me)also does anyone know when it ok to turn them on again.hope to hear from someone soon thanks babymel.
