I have a cyclo ds evolution and i download games onto my comp, transfer them onto my sd card then plug into my evolution and away i go. My mum has recently purchased a ds off ebay which comes with an R4 card. I told her i would download some games for her but does it work differently on an R4 card? I have put my microsd into her R4 card but it doesn't load up. Do i need to download games differently on the micro sd to get them to work on an R4? Many thanks
hmm my micro sd is 8gb will this not work in some R4's? I read a version 2 R4 will only take 2gb sd cards? Not sure what version the R4 is though!

Have you put the correct firmware on the card as it also needs this to run correctly
The R4 card came with games already on on sd card which works fine. Its only my 8gb card that won't work. The card that came with it is 2gb so i think it must be that mine is too big. Thanks for the help
