If you post your "Nero log" someone is more likely to help you. As requested previously.....what brand of disc did you use, what is your burner make and is its firmware up to date? If you burn a 16X disc at 8X it is ok, but if you burn an 8X at 8X it can cause problems. If you use a crappy brand disc (Princo, Memorex and several others) it could be your problem. First try a better disc...Sony branded or Fuji branded Ty. This is why some folks want to know this info to assist you better. Caper
