Can anyone help me!!!

    Hi, I have bought an Nokia 9300 unlocked phone without any network. But, we can see cingular in it. But, it is not working in India, whenever I insert a sim it says sim card not valid. I tried to unlock it but I failed.
    The error message I got is "SIM LOCK CHANGE FAILED"

    Have you tried using a Sim card from india to test? If that didn't work, your phone is locked. If you used Cingular Sim card that you had when you purchased then that's because you are out of service area.

    Ya I tried with different sim from different networks, it says the same. So, as you said it should be locked. Thank you for your reply.
