CAN ANYONE help with converting video to my nokia 5310?

    i think its bmk file for video on my nokia 5310 phone ,is their a program that can help me convert small videos for my phone thanks in advance if can help....

    you have to use 3gp 3g2 format i have a nokia 5300 and the 3gp format work for mine. the program i use to corvert it was quick media converter. i hope this helps you
