I am not an expert reading Hijack this logs, But I do know that norton and AVG conflict with each other. Use one or the other. Not both.

I would suggest getting a registry cleaner. Like CCleaner. It is freeware, and does a helluva job.

Also, get ADaware Pro, and maybe Acronis spyware.

Run the CCleaner, reboot in safe mode, then run Ad-Aware, your anti-virus, and acronis.

CCleaner will fix registry errors. Try it...

What do you have to lose?

    Hi rel8te

You have at least look2me infection and most likely also winik.sys-rootkit and other trojans.

    Follow these instructions carefully

Download WinKRootKitRemover ->http://secured2k.home.comcast.net/tools/WinKRootKitRemover.exe on your desktop.
    • Doubleclick it
    • Click RUN, then START
    • Save log that it creates on desktop
    • Follow instructions and reboot when asked (you'll have to reboot twice; that's normal)

Fix these with HjT (do a system scan only, checkmark these and press fix checked):

Update ewido and do a complete system scan with it. Let it remove what it finds and save report.

Reboot, send ewido report, a fresh HjT log and WinKRootKitRemover log.
