can anyone send some tmpgenc settings that have worked well with encoding

    just looking for the templates for tmpgenc and some general settings that that maximize quality with the smallest file possible
    also, if there is some kind of bit rate calculator, all in know of is a calculator for divx files...

    Well I dont have any TMPGEnc Templates for you but "CM's DVTool" has a pretty handy birate calculator that you might find handy. I couldnt find where to download it so I uploaded it for you to the link below. Make sure you download it with the normal Internet Explorer Downloader!

    thanx, i dabbled with that one before, i just thought there was a difference between the bitrates with divx and mpeg
