Upgrade to version 6.6.0.18 here: http://my.afterdawn.com/locoeng/blog_entry.cfm/280 You might also want to consider getting some decent discs. Quality media is everything when burning DVD's and Memorex are at the bottom of the heap. Try some top notch Verbatim (made in Japan or Taiwan) or Taiyo Yuden, Fuji, Sony, Maxell (made in Japan only). This is Roxio's driver which in known to create conlficts with Nero, especially when burning DVD's. I suggest removal in it's entirety via this clean tool: http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/Uninstallers/Roxio-Zap.shtml These are Nero's own packet writing drivers which play havoc with Nero. I would also suggest removing these as well. The Nero clean tools can be found in the link above for the version update.
