can i burn a software from dvd to a cdr disk

    hello i have a dvd with many programs on it and i was wanting to share with a few friends that do not have a dvd player in there pc is there any way to burn all this software off a dvd disk and on to a cdr disk thank you

    yep, just dump the programs onto your hard drive then instead of placing a dvd disc in the burner , just place a cdr and make sure you select the cd tab.Follow the prompts for making a data cd and you'll be away shortly with your apps on cd.

    Nero is a good one to burn with as it does both cdr and dvd r

    thank you how do i go about dumping the contets to my hard drive with out instailing them it is a super dvd with all kinds of diff antivires systemwork goast and so on software for 2005

    1.put the disc in your drive.
    2.right click the drive icon that your disc is in
    3.explore the disc
    4.hold ctrl down and then single click the files you want
    5.then copy and paste them to a folder on your hard drive.
    6.Once you have them on your hard drive its simple for you to point your burning software in the right direction.
