Can I convert a divx file to hd 1080p?

    I was wondering if it was possible to convert a divx movie to HD 1080p to stream onto my xbox 360 via a usb flash drive and play on my HDTV?

    I'm sure you could, but why bother? Upscaling the video won't improve the quality. Why not let the Xbox or the TV upscale it?

    xbox does that? hmm. I wasn't sure if you could or not to make it look HD.
