    Hi all,

I have a strange issue. I'm trying to burn some pics and video clips to a DVD on my bosses's PC (win XP service pack 3). He has no burning software other than the built in windows stuff and he's 70 years old and cranky, so I'm not going to sit there installing Roxio or Nero today.

I opened the folder, highlighted the files he wants burned, selected copy to CD and the software began sending files over. OK, so for some reason they didn't show up in the folder waiting to be burned. I tried again. This time I have a window that pops saying the system can't copy the first pic. It offers "retry", "skip", and "cancel".

I figure the best thing is to delete the temporary files waiting to be burned, but I have no idea how to do that.

I've tried disabling recording on the drive and then enabling it again. No dice.

How can I delete the temporary files waiting to be burned to a CD/DVD?

    Thanks in advance.

    Dan

You cannot burn to a DVD using the internal XP burner program - that maybe why they didn't show up.
