I have a modded halo xbox with a stock HD, and I don't want to open it to upgrade the HD (or any reason for that matter).

I just want one or two roms on it (Of games I own of course - NHL 93 and 94 to be exact), and I don't feel like loading the emulators, going through all the menus, etc to find and play my games.

Is there any way to boot roms right from the dashboard?

Sorry if I put this in the wrong spot, and thanks for the help!

the emulators dont take up much space and I know that you can go into recent games and boot straight from there without much trouble. I deleted all my emulators ps1 and nes because the games were so dated and just not fun anymore but I do remember that if I played a rom it would show up in "recent games" that was using unleash X dashboard. I dont remember what EVOL did and only used AVALANCH once. You have to have the emulator to play the roms though but as far as going through the menus if it has "recent games" then no you wont have to.
