I tried to softmod my xbox but wasn't smart enuf to get a backup of my eeprom. I messed it up and the xb will no longer boot and I can't run the exploit again because the savegame isn't on the drive anymore. I've prepared a new HDD with xboxhdm but the xb won't boot due to error 5(not locked). Is there any way to lock the HD without the eeprom? If not, what options do I have? Thanks for your help in advance.
i know you can lock the hdd with a aid 3.1 installer disc, just boot from the disc and its an option...i dont know if a slayers disc will do that. cant you lock / unlock with xboxhdm?
