Can I make AVIs Smaller in size?

    hello

    I wondered if anyone could help im qute new to this and I want to put 3 movies on one disc which I know can be done cause ive seen it before but I wondering is there a prgram to make AVis smaller so I can fit them all onto one disc? and also is there maybe a prgram whre I can just add the 3 movies straight away and they'll fit thereselve onto one disc?

    Any help would b aprriciated

    You will get one hour of video on a standard DVD at high quality.

    no offence intended but that hasent really answered my qustion I was asking what software dp I need to make it happen

    Depending on the source you can easily get great quality and 2+ hours on a blank. If there is not a lot of action you can get even more time on a blank (certain encoders produce better results).

    CopyXtoDVD does a nice job, set it to slow/high quality. Try your three and see if the results suit you.

    and when I searh for the prgram on yahoo etc it dosnet come up

    Link seems to work fine in both IE and Firefox.
