can i make this into a linux media player with XBMC and so

    i was wondering if i could make myself a media based pc with some of the OLD UPCc boxes i have here for anyone on ireland you will know which boxes they are the first one is a Samsung horizon box which has a a router biult in and wifi and hard drive and intel cpu and ram is ther any way of turning this into a linux box for xbmc and the likes

    Not much in way of web search apart from this (see link).There's also other xbmc derivatives called open elec.However i have no idea how you'd get either to work on the boxes,your best bet is to start a thread in the xbmc/kodi forum (kodi is xbmc with it'sname changed as xbox is no longer relevant)
