Can I recover my GT on new slim 360??

    My original elite is banned.

    And now, I miss XBL so much and bought 250gb slim 360 off fro
    Craiglist for 200 bux yesterday.

    Now, I'm trying to get back on XBL using my GT that I was using on banned console.

    Will this cause another ban?

    Since new slim doesn't support the HDD that I have on banned console so there is no save files from burnt games no nothing..
