I can't seem to find this answer anywhere so here goes. Can I use Shrink to reduce size of movie and then use a softwere program to convert downsized movie onto a cd.
Maybe??? It all depends on the File and it"s Compression format and How Much Quality you are Willing to Loose and what format you want the File on the CD to be...Do you want to watch this Movie on a DVD Player as a VCD or something ??? If so then converting it to the VCD Format will generally Make the File Larger not smaller and converting it another Format First will not change that because the Size of a VCD Movie is determined By the Length of the Movie not the Size of the File used to create the Movie....good Luck
