Hi, basically I have a music video, however I want to work a bit with sound using a program, which works with mp3 and wav files. I'd like not know how to split it into those files and once I finish working with them how I can put them back together with the video....thanks... And I havent' looked into windows movie maker , I don't know what it is Thanks.
You can drag it into AviDemux. Click 'Audio' on the top menu and 'Save' If the audio is mp3, save it as 'audio.mp3' (must include the extension). If you wish to save it as a .wav file, click the 'Audio' menu on the left side of the panel. Select 'WAV PCM' and save as before - using the .wav extension. You can save the video (without audio) if you wish by selecting 'None' as the Audio source from the top Audio menu, then clicking the 'Save' logo on the top menu. Give the file a name (including extension) e.g. silent_vid.avi As long as your modified audio file is the same length as the video, there should be no problem muxing back into the video. You would drag the video into AviDemux and load the new audio using the top menu, 'Audio'. One of the options is to load audio from an external source. Note that you can use the original video (which has the original audio, and replace it with the new one - thus it's not strictly required to save the video without audio).
Omg! Thanks for the fast reply! The guide is very detailed too, just tried it, it's pretty cool. Thanks a lot.
