Can I still play original 360 games on live with a flashed 360, without getting banned?

As the title says, Im thinking of flashing my 360 to play my back ups offline, but can I still use my original games to play live without risk of being banned?

well thats just wrong, my 360 drive is flashed and i play on live all the time. its been flashed for over a year so where is ur argument????

"Eventually" is a pessimistic answer.

"hopefully not, as long as you keep up to date on firmware, and stealth check all your games, and don't play games pre-release" is a more optimistic one.

i have had a modded xbox 360 for over two years, i have not been banned as of yet, but i know i will be one day so i enjoy it while i have it.
after years of modding game consoles,sattelite cards,fta recievers,cell phones,pre pay phone cards,ect,ect, i know it will eventually end.
as far as being optimistic, ist like my dadd always said "son, you can sh*t in one hand and wish in the other but think about what you will get first."

 

yea so was my first console. flashed it as soon as it could, and lasted until the second ban wave. now on my second console still unbanned, but i know it will be, heck, it could be right now, i havent been online for about 3 months.

is that a good enough argument for you?
