can i sue internet scammers

    can i sue internet scammers.if i see a link that claims i won 2 million click it and they refuse to pay me and i hire a no win no fee lawyer can i sue them for 2million???
    would i have a chance at winning if i could locate the owners of the ad???

    I've got to think that it would be difficult to find a no win no pay lawyer willing to take that case. You would probably spend more money trying to track down the people at the head of the scheme than it would be worth. I do like the idea and I wonder what has happened when other people have tried.
