As soon as you convert your battery into a Pandora's Battery, it basically writes a serial number to a chip in the battery itself.

This fools the PSP into a kind of special mode that enables you to use the Pandoras Memory Stick.

If you want to revert the battery back you will need the EEPROM binary file (that I pressume you didnt back up).

If you want to keep it as a Pandora's Battery, then leave it as it is.

If you want to revert it back to a normal battery then you will need an EEPROM binary file as some users (including myself) found problems if you use the Pandora's utility to write a "false" serial number back to the battery. Mine for example took forever to charge (god knows why) and reported incorrect battery life and switched off intermitantly.

I think you should visit this post for a EEPROM binary file if you should need it.
