Can I use Nero WaveEditor for leveling sounds in a stream?

    I have an audio file taken from a group of people. There are speakers in the group who talk at different levels. Is there a way to use Nero WaveEditor to get all the voices to the same level? I am using ONE audio stream not several.

    If Nero can't, is there another program to use?

    Does 'Normalization' do anything (page 25).
