can i use starview reciever in malta

hi i'm trying to set up some descent tv in malta is it possible to use a starview reciever the maltese cable network malitacom uses the same set up as telwest or is there a satelite reciever box i can use help and thanks

It looks like you are not able to understand.
As mentioned in your other thread nobody cracked the card from melita cable.
You can buy every box on the market and that will not change that fact.
