more than likely yes, but you want something with the SIL chipset, that has the VIA chipset, i have that on my motherboard and it flashes all flashable drives as of now
well mine is onboard on this motherboard, yeah i know its cheap and crappy, but until i get a job its all i got that can flash the drives here is the sata card that you need i think.
Get the Rosewill card with the VIA 6241 chipset. Flashes all hitachi and samsung drives. Use Slax 2 to put hitachi's in modeB first. You'll have to search newegg yourself as I just got off of work and don't feel like looking it up. BTW, that SYBA card is a POS.
