Can I watch tv on this out of the box?

    I feel extremely out of place, sorry if this is in the wrong forum. I just bought this monitor http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824009094 and want to know if I can use it as a tv out of the box or if I need to purchase an external tv tuner. My video card is a Geforce 6150 LE also.

    Again, sorry if this is in the wrong forum....I am a computer noob!

    If you don't have a TV tuner in your computer you will need one to watch TV on that monitor.
