I remember reading that you could set up DVD Decrypter to work w/ AnyDVD in the background. I forgot how & where to find it here on the forums. What I want to know is , if your able to do the same with IMGBurn since it's made by the same people who made DVD Decrypter ?
Nope. ImgBurn just uses DVDDecrypter's burning engine (updated version of the Decrypter burning engine but was taken from Decrypter). ImgBurn has no ripping/copying abilities like Decrypter. the author was forced to hand over the code from DvdDecrypter and cease all developement of it and/or tools like it
Yes you can use ImgBurn to rip with AnyDVD behind it, although you may get a warning from ImgBurn about using it. Just choose build an iso then browse for your folder, which would e.g. E:/Ice_Age/Video_TS folder. It has to be the Video_TS folder that is opened, not the files.
ImgBurn cant actually rip a DVD itself tho correct? I knew you can build an ISO using ImgBurn w/ AnyDVD but doesnt the ISO hafta to be built from a DVD thats already been ripped?
Correct as ImgBurn has no decrypting engine (thats why they the last version got shut down by their country laws) Nope, but I think you answerd your own question "I knew you can build an ISO using ImgBurn w/ AnyDVD"
If you look at the pic of ImgBurn in my last post you will see that it is ripping the image from the disk, with AnyDVD running in the background.
