like if i wanted to go online to play halo or somthing, would it be detected if i had the xbox dashboard mod on? :X
I don't think they can notice you if your Xbox is booted into retail mode with the green power led. The best way to do this is turn on the system, put in the disc, turn it off and turn it back on. It will load the MS dashboard when you remove the disc meaning you are in retail mode.
