Can Nero burn my ts and vob file set

I haven't done this in a long time.

But I have a file set of a piece of content to be burned.


Can Nero doa standard file set such as one that is decrypted or
is there a better solution to burn the file set?

A decrypter prog shows the file set from a dvd but I
need the ISO or file procedure to look at the directory
containing the files and burn them to a disk.

Also, how would these be converted to an avi for editing?
