Can not view when burn movie.

    I use Nero 7 to burn my movie, before I can preview the movie when they process , but yesterday after I DL Zone Alarm then when I burn my movie I unable to view any more , would some one tell how can fix that problem , I already reinstall Nero 3 time. Thanks

    If you feel it might have something to do with Zone Alarm, go to "Alerts and Logs" and make sure alerts are turned on. If nothing else, shut down Zone Alarm and see if it works then.

    Also go to "Overview" and look at outbound protection and see if anything shows up there that might effect your burning abilities.

    Is the burner on the same computer as the software or is it on some type of network?

    I did check already everything OK , I also uninstall zone alarm but this still not working .
    The burner on the same computer as the software not in network ( I only have one computer ) Thanks
