What does it do, i know it has the firmware to hack the xbox 360 but is it like a disc that you insert to the xbox and it mods it or what?
ermm you might want to just do a search on the forum mate. Though to get you started if you wish to play backups on your box you need to flash the drive. You will need to find out what drive you have and act accordingly. from what i can gather isnt the mod disk just a handy collection of all the programs and tuts to help flash the different types of drives. You still need to open up the box, and hook the drive upto your pc and use something like iprep or jungle flasher to actually backup and flash the drive firmware. could be wrong though... hope this helps
Allows you to dump Lite-ON keys, BenQ/Samsung firmware. It will patch it for you so you can flash it back to your drive all in DOS. There is a CD that will write to your main hard drive or recently, a USB drive version was released.
The "Xbox 360 Modification Disc" has been canceled. They are now released as "Xbox 360 Modification USB". It's probably the most "user friendly" programs for 1st timers. You boot it, and it will literally tell you step-by-step what to do. As long as your VIA 6421 Sata card and connectivity kit/probe are installed upon booting the disc/USB, it will walk you straight through it in about 10 minutes. Just act like it's your mother, and do what it tells you to do without talking back. But truthfully, once you use it, and get familiar with it's terminology, you'll find that JungleFlasher is a quicker/better/easier app for the 2nd/3rd timers.
