Can someone advise if it is possible to turn the box super into a PVR with the addition of a HDD

    Hi All,

    Good work going on with fixes.

    Can someone advise if it is possible to turn the box super into a PVR with the addition of a HDD?

    Or will i need to get a specific PVR for the job.

    No.
    The only way to gain a PVR setup with those boxes is to loop the signal to a PC that has VIVO or a separate TV tuner card and run PVR software on that using the TV out of the PC to send a signal ( via HDMI, S-Video etc.) to the TV.

    No idea. I've never dealt with Starview boxes.
    I'd suggest Google would be a start.
