Hello, I am trying to hex edit my Darksiders game save to obtain infinite or max (9999999) souls (the currency in the game) to buy upgrades and items. This is my first time ever trying to hex edit a game save, as I was interested in doing this for Borderlands Single Player (I don't really play games online), but I could never figure it out. I am familiar with counting in hex but that about it. I figured I'd rely on google or a calculator for higher values. I know that the hex value for 9999999 is 0098 967F. But that's about it. If you (or anyone) finds a way to do this for the PS3 save games, please let me know...? (BTW - I tried the obvious of using the interesting little utility "offzip" that they used for the Xbox stuff - and it didn't find any data using the default windowBits value of 15, or the suggested alternative -15 ... I didn't try any other values, though) Thanks!
