We need the message the phone shows you. The code is correct but sometimes it may take one other sode. If you like many others have entered codes too many times, you're out of luck.

Rajan652, Do you have or can put your hands on another SIM that is not T-Mobile? A Sim that does NOT have a special security code on it that the owner is using? Best if it is a new SIM. JG
