can someone plz help i pressed factory reset

can someone plz help i pressed factory reset andi ts deleted all my channels and when i press autoscan all of them say failed and i have tryed it with emu off and when its on and nothing works i really want to wath tele but i cant my provider is ntl and i am very new to this

 

Select NTL and do a full channel scan, then make sure EMU is turned on.

 

i just tryed it just says failed on all of the boxes

 

Have you moved the box? Make sure all the wires are in at the back.

 

BTW, is it saying "data is being updated" ?

 

no its still were its always been and its got the scart lead in it and the white cable from the 3 way conector thing and the plug lead in it and its a cloned box

 

i cant get off menu it dosent even let me press parental control or channel edit because there is no channels
