Preferably lcd, and no widescreen. I have limited space I would like it to be 19 inches 20 tops. I need it to be dual usage for pc and high def xbox360 games.

Any reason why no widescreen? Xbox 360 games are all able to be displayed in widescreen and a widescreen monitor can certainly increase productivity; allowing you to open two or more windows side-by-side. An excellent feature when writing papers in MS word or comparing charts, etc.

The reason I dont want widescreen is the limited space. I just have enough space for a 19 0r pershaps 20 regular.

The Gateway fpd2185w is an outstanding monitor (but its widescreen). It has dvi, vga, componenet, svideo, and composite inputs. 21 inch widescreen with a 1680x1050 resolution. Most of the nice lcds with the inputs that I've seen are all widescreen (the Dell one is also supposed to be pretty good.)
