Can someone recommend me a good free video editing program?

    Something better than Windows Movie Maker, something with a lot of features.

    Virtal Dub may help. It's the only free application I can think of.

    Virtual Dub, isn't really an editor, more like a splitter/joiner and demuxer. There is a free version of Avid XPress DV. Its limitations are only 2 audio and 2 video tracks, and I beleive you can only import/export via DV link. I mainly use Adobe Premiere Pro, but there are some other more basic ones, such as EVE (easy video editor) by Main Concept, which I beleive is free.
