I'm not sure this is the right term for it but recently I backed up a movie. There's a few scenes that I would like to silence the audio (some bad words) so that the movie can be viewed without anyone getting affended (similar to how some tv shows edit out bad words). I could redoo the movie in something similar to Pennacle Studio but that would take forever and just wouldn't be worth the effort. Can this be done without removing whole scenes? For instance, some R rated movies would be better (for some viewers) if some of the bad words were removed.

Easily enough done all you have to do is demux the file, then use an audio editor to "silence" the offensive parts.
