Can you convert a VOB to a format that can be burned

    I have a movie on my HD and would like to burn it. I have tried Nero and Blindwrite and the format is not correct. I have tried to Shrink, Decypter and DVDFabdecypter to see if i could go this route with no luck. Can I convert the format from VOB to something I can burn with either? IF so how?
