Can you convert avi files into avi files? I have noticed some avi files play in my D-Link media player and some do not. Is there any way to convert the type that do not play into the type that does?

You should bebale to. You would have to figure out what codec is used for the AVI files that do work on your media player.

Then convert the AVI files from the codec that dosent work to the codec that does work on your player.
