Can you guys help me with my Hitachi DVD Drive problem.

    My 360 drive started to mess up and couldn't play games anymore since the drive broke. I got a new one. But now I just can't find any guides on how to get the flash key out of my broken DVD Drive and put it in the new one. If any of you guys know how, or know a guide. Can you please tell me. And also, if I was able to get my flash key to my other DVD Drive, will Microsoft still ban my 360?
