Can you Play online on the PS2

    can you play online on the PS2 without the network adaptor but with the USB cable???

    There are network adaptors you can get that run through the USB port, but apparantly they are not compatiable with alot of games. Stick the the official network adaptor is best.

    Cant you do anything else? like xbox play online without xbox live?

    Not quite sure what you mean. You can play PS2 online, if thats what your asking.
