can you put downloads on a cd?

    i want to put some sims unleashed downloads onto a cd so i can play the game on my laptop but i dont know if you can or not.

    Install the game on to your HDD then copy the files to cd using a program called InCD. Only for CD-RW and DVD-RW though not for normal CD-R's and DVD-+R's.
