can you turn up the volume?

is their a way to turn up the volume in nero vision during the converting process or in nero rom during the burning process....if not how do i make this better it is fine volume on pc but when i burn have to almost max the surround sound and the tv has to be max to hear it why?...and plz how do i fix

 

after adding your video files click edit movie. in the timeline rightclick your files and click properties , a volume adjuster is there. i raise mine to about 120% usually.
