    Hi I have a

    Nokia 6230i, locked to Orange in the UK, IMEI: 0526099357097002049109

    Any chance of unlocking it for me please and beating the money-stealing corporations?!

    Recheck your IMEI, press *#06# (15 digits)

    Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted"
    Press the UNDO option
    You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
    Enter the code given and then press (OK)

    It worked! You're a genius, thanks. Only problem is now it's asking me for a security code and I didn't think I had one turned on, can't remember the number...any ideas for that one?!

    Don't worry, I worked out what it was. Apparently the default code is 12345, but no doubt you know that. Thanks again.
