Can You Upgrade iMac G4 To Newer Operating System?

    I have an iMac G4 sitting at home running 10.3.9 (Panther) and i was just wondering if it is possible to update it to the newer 10.4.11 (Tiger) or 10.5.6(Leopard) or even the new 10.6.0 ( Snow Leopard) Any help would be appreciated, Thanks in advance

    If your G4 is faster than 867MHz then you can upgrade as far as Leopard (10.5.x). Unfortunately that is it though. Snow Leopard (10.6) is for Intel Processors only.
