Ok so here's my situation. I had soft modded my xbox using splinter cell. I backed up the MS dash and everything worked fine. Well my hard drive got cluttered up and I decided to clear some space. Well I made sure I reinstalled the MS dash first to C: Then I formatted the F partition. I restarted and the xbox booted the MS as I figured it would. However when I tried to run the linux profile it goes to error 21 screen. It still plays games, but is there any way I can soft mod it again, or am I just doomed? Thanks, chris
he replaced his msdash files and folder on the c:\ drive.. we had to do that to my friends xbox to get it to soft mod.. i belive thats what he did..
