Cannot connect MP4 player to PC

    Hi there i was wondering if someone could help me with my problem. For some reason my PC does not recognise my MP4 player when i try connect it. What happens is that when i plug the USB in to my Computer it says its connecting but then just changes to charging mode. The Firmware on it is 3.2.16. Is there anyway of fixing this thank you for any help.

    You should change another USB cable with a more tight plug.
    I had experience like the same as your case.
